이번 케이크는 눈을 사로잡는 딸기 롤케이크 입니다.
얼마전 인스타에서 @mioka24 님의 롤케이크를 인상깊게 보았고, 저도 한 번 만들어 보고 싶었습니다.
제가 이 케이크 영상을 만든것을 mioka24 님도 알고계십니다.
하지만 시트나 크림등 레시피는 제 나름대로 만들었습니다.
마스카포네를 섞은 생크림에 딸기를 품었으며
그것도 모자라 겉을 딸기 젤리로 말아주었으니 한입 먹으면 딸기의 맛이 뿜어져 나옵니다.
생각보다 어렵지 않습니다. 영상 끝까지 즐기시고 한번 만들어 보세요,

Recently, I was impressed with @mioka24’s roll cake on Instagram, and I wanted to try making one too.
However, I made the cake recipe on my own.
Strawberries were inserted in mascarpone whipped cream.
The outside was rolled up with strawberry jelly, so if you take a bite, the strawberry flavor comes out.
